FAQs

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day! Invitations will be shared in July 2025.

Will there be a welcome party?

We are planning a welcome party on the Friday evening prior to our wedding. Details will be included in your invitation. We’d love to share a drink with you there!

Is there parking available at the ceremony/reception venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking available onsite.

Will there be transportation available for the wedding day?

Yes! We plan to offer a shuttle to and from the venue from the hotels listed on our “Travel” tab.

What should I wear to the wedding?

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding day is black tie attire. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and that women wear a floor-length or tea-length evening gown.

Please note that while the reception will be indoors, the ceremony will be outdoors. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may want to choose to wear a block heel.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We love your little ones, we really do! We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Will there be options for my dietary needs?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
